Your tasks
- Recruiting of new employees and supervision of applicant management.
- Creation and support of job advertisements on various channels.
- Establishing and expanding our recruiting channels.
- Planning and conducting application interviews.
- Supporting international candidates throughout the entire application process.
- Ensuring continuous process optimization in the area of recruiting.
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential employees.
- Assistant to the management in personnel management, logistical planning and administrative activities.
Your qualifications
- Completed education (at least Matura level) in the field of recruiting.
- First-class team player, creative mind, excellent linguistic expression.
- An independent and result-oriented way of working, quick comprehension and reliability.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills in German and English.
We offer you a varied and responsible field of activity within the framework of a 5-day week from Monday to Friday. The cooperation in our highly motivated and international team, as well as flexible working hours in the flextime model.
The collective agreement provides for a minimum basic salary of € 1,726 (gross, full-time). Of course, depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay.
